The only sacred ideal here is the individual's right to express one's views. This ideal has come under fire many times since the dawn of the Jeffersonian experiment, and each time these threats were repelled by "deviants" who acknowledge the basic human right to the pursuit of free will, regardless if free will truly exists or not.
